CRM Project

Creating a system where coworkers can log in and make posts regarding what each coworker told the customer he/she would do. Each customer would have an account and only the posts that pertain to that company/client would be listed. The system would need to record the time of post (time of call), request number (how the company organizes a single invoice), service requested and service offered. Also, a reminder system would be put in place for offered services that are not immediately put into effect. Also, other things that have not thought out yet. But, this is the general idea.
